Demo Day: Creator - "Open Create" sessions are designed for people with existing skills between ages 10-17 interested in hacking on creative projects, working collaboratively with peers and skilled mentors, and sharing demo projects with our creative community at a culminating "Demo Day" showcase event where parents and members of community are invited to see what 8 weeks of creative work yields.

Learning sessions are not prioritized, but micro-sessions will take place for optional participation.

Open Create is about hacking and building cool ideas!

Student-Mentors - Are you interested in helping other people build their projects, develop their skills, or lead participants through planned lessons covering specific topics, skills, methods or project-level methods? Reach out to Dev (info at kidoyo dot com) and make your pitch. Qualified student-mentors with permission of their parents will be permitted to attend 8 weeks of kidOYO Open Create sessions at discounted price (Under 18 - Mandated SUNY Insurance Cost) to work with participants and collaborate on learning and building activities.
